Custom and net-new: Select

A bare variant of the PDS Select. npm run check:tokens reads this file.

Net-new components

None.

Additions to existing PDS components

• On .pds-select: the modifier .pds-select--bare: no border, fill or container; the selected value and chevron sit on the surface, with the state shown in the text color. Needed for a picker that sits inline in a chat input's toolbar.

Net-new props

• variant on Select: 'default' | 'bare'. Bare also hides the label (still read by screen readers) and the trigger hugs the selected value (the list is as wide as its longest option).
